What's With the ***?

Great question!

The first * is the KCTCS BuildSmart Investment for Kentucky Competitiveness fee. This fee does not apply to Dual Credit Â鶹´«Ã½s.

+For students who are enrolled in online-only courses, the tuition is the same regardless of your residency. Other fees, such as the mandatory fee and a distance learning course fee of $20/credit hour still apply.

Reciprocity Counties

Â鶹´«Ã½s from Reciprocity Counties pay in-state tuition.

Reciprocity Counties Include- Cabell, Mingo, McDowell, and Wayne in West Virginia; Adams, Athens, Brown, Butler, Gallia, Jackson, Lawrence, Meigs, Pike, Scioto, and Vinton in Ohio.

STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY

If your plans have changed, and you're not going to attend class, you'll need to officially withdraw. Check the academic calendar of the delivery college (in KCTCS) to see the official withdraw schedule. 

Â鶹´«Ã½s who have not fully paid financial obligations to ACTC or to any division or organization of ACTC will not be permitted to register for future credit or non-credit offerings, receive transcripts, transfer credits to another institution, or graduate. 

ACTC will pursue collection of all outstanding accounts pursuant to its business procedures. 

Accounts that remain delinquent may be referred to outside agencies for collection and are subject to additional fees and costs. 

ACTC makes every effort to include relevant, timely, and accurate information in its publications. However, ACTC reserves the right to make changes in its calendar, admissions policies, expenses, programs, curricula, course descriptions, or any other matters addressed or not addressed in this publication. Prospective students and enrolled students should check with the college's Offices of Admissions, Registrar, and/or Bursar's Office to learn of any such changes. 

All delinquencies must be paid by money order, cashier's check, or cash in the Bursar's Office.
